Catholic Charities of Acadiana is a donor-driven, non-profit organization. We rely on the generosity of the community to serve our neighbors who suffer.
1 School / 1 Business / 1 Church
Each month, we need one school, one church, and one business to commit to hosting a food drive for FoodNet Food Bank; This provides for our neighbors experiencing hunger, helping to meet their basic human needs and keeping them housed. Could your group claim a month this year?
Caring for the sacred gift of all human life, especially the most vulnerable.
St. Joseph Diner
St. Joseph Diner has served meals to those experiencing hunger and food insecurity since 1983. We serve meals to those who are experiencing hunger seven days a week, all at no cost.

Diversion, utilities assistance, funeral assistance, and rehousing all happen through the Msgr. Sigur Center. Here, we often have our first encounter with those who are suffering.
